At Nakshtra Botanique™, we take the utmost care in crafting and packing our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
However, in rare cases where the product is received damaged, broken, or leaked, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Please Note
Our items are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used, due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.
Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
How to Request a Return
To process a return request:
Email us at support@nakshtrabotanique.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
Share an unboxing video as proof — the video must clearly show:
The sealed package before opening
The unboxing process
The damaged or defective product condition
⚠️ Without a clear unboxing video, the return claim cannot be processed.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the damaged item (if approved) and place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in its original condition, unopened, and in the original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect the refund.
